Exhibitions and Workshops.
These are held at the Old School Village Hall, Upwey, Weymouth, Dorset, England DT3 5QE . On B3159 between Dorchester & Weymouth, next to Wishing Well Cafe.

Everyone is welcome to come and look at the displays of pottery, buy pottery, watch the demonstrations and talk to the potters.

Taster Workshops can be arranged by groups of people looking for something creative and socialible to do, follow this link for details.

THE VENUE
Upwey Old School Village Hall, formerly the local village primary school, has developed a renowned reputation for its Arts and Crafts events and activities. Throughout the year there are various exhibitions and workshops covering a wide range of crafts. The Village Hall is unique in having its own dedicated Craft Room with a fully fitted pottery. The pottery workshop is fitted out with kick and electric wheels as well as an electric kiln for stoneware and a gas kiln for raku.

The Hall is on the road towards Martinstown, signposted from the main Dorchester to Weymouth road .

The Upwey Wishing Well Cafe and Water Gardens is next door - famous for its Cream Teas and lunches (but booking is necessary at peak times - Telephone 01305 814470).
